When the Need Is Clear - but the Path Isn't

Sometimes the challenge is already visible, but the next step is not.

An organization may have a resilience priority but need additional information before deciding how to proceed. A locality may need help understanding funding, planning requirements, available resources, or implementation options.

Technical Assistance provides focused support to help make those situations easier to navigate.
