Becoming a resilient community does not happen overnight – reducing risk and building resilience is a journey that must be taken over time. Making Cities Resilient 2030 (MCR2030) is a programmatic approach developed by the UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) to help cities on this journey. The Resilience Roadmap lays out these three steps and is a tool that cities can use regardless of where they are in their resiliency journey.
