Center for Climate Change CommunicationThe Center for Climate Change Communication conducts unbiased social science research to identify opportunities to enhance public understanding of and engagement with climate change. The Center trains undergraduate and graduate students, post-doctoral scholars, and working professionals in climate change communication research and public engagement methods.

For engagement, the Center develops and tests new approaches for enhancing public understanding of and engagement with climate change. The Center also partners with government agencies, associations, and businesses in developing and testing their public engagement initiatives.

This website has graphs that illustrate national public opinion over time and across several sociodemographic variables, as well as political views, to show the diversity of Americans’ views on climate change and how much Americans engage with the issue. There is a page with links to reports, journal articles, tools, presentations, and climate notes. The reports focus on topics concerning politics and global warming, as well as climate change activism.
