Federal Financial Assistance Programs for Resilience ActivitiesThe U.S. Department of Energy’s table of mitigation and resilience federal funding resources helps users find programs with funding assistance most suitable for their needs. The table is organized by the name of the program and what its main purpose is, the funding assistance it offers, and who can apply for the funding.

Funding assistance can be a grant, a grant with technical assistance available, a cooperative agreement, or a loan. The table also specifies who can apply for the funds such as federally recognized tribal nations, corporations, joint ventures, federally recognized tribal nations or a consortium of tribal governments, etc.

To make the browser user-friendly, the website allows browsers to select criteria that will narrow their search for funding. With federal funding that supports both pre- and post-disaster mitigation, users can utilize a combination of programs to strengthen long-term resiliency goals and advance energy infrastructure. Users can also download the Federal Financial Assistance Programs for Resilience Activities Excel file.
