Eliminating carbon emissions in Virginia by 2050 is achievable and affordable

In this publication, Whitelaw Reid interviews Professor William Shobe, director of University of Virginia’s Center for Economic Policy Studies at the Cooper Center and co-author of the report, taking a deeper dive into the study.
