Sponsor and Exhibitor Opportunities at the 2025 Resilient Virginia Conference

The 2025 Conference, Moving Virginia Forward, will deliver tools, information, and networking opportunities to help build resilience and move communities forward.

The 2025 Resilient Virginia Conference is an opportunity to showcase your organization’s resiliency products, services and programs as a Conference Sponsor to a highly focused audience. Attendees will include representatives from state and local government, businesses, community and professional organizations, and academia.

Sponsors will receive extensive virtual and in-person brand exposure before, during, and after the conference, as well as an on-site exhibit table, presentation opportunities, and a Sponsor-only reception to be held July 22.

Exhibitors will be highlighted on the Resilient Virginia website and in the event program, with opportunities to showcase their products and services at the July 23 Conference Reception.

Sponsors have the option of selecting an Exclusive Virtual Sponsor Package that offers wider exposure through both on-site recognition and, depending on the Sponsor level, additional exposure through the Whova Virtual Conference Platform. With this platform Sponsors who qualify can set up their own Sponsor Profile page, connect with attendees, and be highlighted on banners on the Virtual Conference Page, as well as on the Resilient Virginia website and in social media.
